Hi Everyone,
I’m 9+1 and for the past few days I just don’t feel pregnant anymore as weird as that sounds. I’ve had 2 scans at the EPU one at 4 weeks and one at 8 weeks, my last one was good and they saw a strong heartbeat!
But with this being my first and suffer from bad anxiety I can’t help but think something is wrong and my next scan isn’t until 22/11 and my midwife isn’t until 19/11 - anyone else’s symptoms just vanished??

Yup. Mine did for a few days in the early stages. Baby currently 5 months old and latched on for bedtime feed :)

Thank you @Rosesared - I’m just panicking I wish I could just check on Peanut all the time - hopefully the nausea and sore boobs come back soon!! Congrats on your little one x

It's strange, the things we are willing to do/endure to make sure babi's happy and well. Pregnancy is a rollercoaster of hormones and body changes but just believe that your body was made to do this...and it will! C9ngrats on ur pregnancy and good luck x

SallyCinnamon3009 · 27/10/2018 11:47

Barely had any to begin with and they had all disappeared by 10 weeks x

Thank you @rosesared - it defo is a rollercoaster it’s such a weird feeling sometimes! Same to you hun thank you x

Hi @Sally thank you hopefully that’s what happened to me, I had every symptom you could think of a couple of weeks ago! And now nothing just feel like a normal person... it’s such a weird time because you don’t have a bump or can feel the baby so you just don’t know whether everything is okay in there! X

Yep. I had pretty much no symptoms whatsoever with DD.

This time around I had mega sore boobs for all of about 3 days, then the soreness just vanished. I'm now 13 weeks, had a scan last week that showed everything was fine. Had no symptoms since, aside from a tiny little bump that has started popping out slightly, which I think I only have because this is my second. With my first I had no sickness, no sore boobs, no tiredness and my tummy was totally flat at this point, I really didn't feel pregnant at all, I now have a very happy healthy two year old. Seem to be having a very similar pregnancy this time around and as far as I know everything's going well. I'm just counting myself lucky.

Try not to worry, easier said than done I know x

Thanks so much @mumtobe193 congrats aswell on the second pregnancy! Seem to be the same as you to be honest. It’s just hard to go from feeling so ill to nothing, apart from today I seem to be going for a wee what feels like every ten minutes 😂 - the countdown is on to my next scan to make sure everything is still okay! X

I had a heavy bleed at 6 weeks & once this stopped all previous symptoms stopped straight away after.
2 weeks later pregnancy tests stated negative so midwife confirmed MC.
12 weeks after I went to docs checking why my periods hadn't returned & we discovered I was still pregnant after all this time.
My first scan confirmed I was carrying a 23 week old baby & hadn't miscarried after all!
Only symptoms I had between week 6-23 was slight bloating & 20+ weeks some 'gas bubbles' in my tummy that turned out to be me actually feeling my baby moving not wind!
Take every day as it comes - nature will take its own course & worrying won't help either of you.
Hope all goes ok xxx

Oh yes mine absolutely did and I was just the same as you, absolutely panicked! DD is now sleeping on me as I type so no problems with me. Try not to worry OP, but I know it's a real ask if you are an anxious person.

Liv1992 · 27/10/2018 20:52

Oh thanks so much girls all these posts are making me feel a lot better !! My boobs are quite sore this evening so I’m happy haha I know they say no bleeding and cramping is a good sign! But you just never know - my partner is away in the army which doesn’t help so feeling abit lost xx

What pregnancy symptoms did you expect to have? Apart from one bout of early morning sickness, right at the beginning when I was only just pregnant, I had no symptoms until my baby started to move around at just under sixteen weeks. I felt the same as always apart from being more placid and getting fatter.

Don't worry, you are absolutely fine. Enjoy it!

Starlive23 · 27/10/2018 23:51

It's so nerve wracking in those first few months OP, especially if you have had a loss before, but just remember the odds are certainly on your side, and I think the anxiety is more than likely to be playing up more due to the rising hormone levels. Try to relax if you can...like o said, I know it's really hard to relax when you feel so nervous and anxious and excited and scared. It's a hell of a rollercoaster!
