Hi guys,

Here’s some background - i’m 20+2 I had my 20 week scan today and i’ve only just noticed I have another scan booked for the 5th of November (this scan was booked after I had my book in with the midwife at the very beginning of my pregnancy)
She declared i’m under extra supervision due to being high risk or pre-eclampsia but I’m not sure why they’d book a scan so far in advance?!

I have 3 more scans I'm 28 weeks pregnant had pre-eclampsia with my 3rd. It will be to check how baby is growing as people with pre-eclampsia can have smaller babies

Im happy to have them as means I get to see baby loads.

I’ve had 4 scans so far! I just thought it was weird to have a scan so close together! I’m new to all this so just thought I’d ask as I forgot to ask at the scan I had today!

I’m being scanned every 2 weeks. Aside from being fed up of the hospital, it’s lovely to see the baby so often :) I feel very lucky!

Booking one 5 months in advance does seem very organised of them though! 😂
