Confused about which month of pregnancy I’m in?

I’m currently 18+5 weeks pregnant.
I thought I was in month 5 but some sites say I’m only 4 months and 1 week ?
I’m really confused about this all, how many months am I ??

4 months and 1 week is your 5th month of pregnancy.
