Leg aches at 36 weeks

So last week I started getting achy hips whilst asleep which was waking me every 3 hours or so. However, this week it has spread so I wake up every 45 mins and the aches start in my hips and ache all the way down to my ankles.

Nothing relieves it except getting up! But through the night I don't want to be awake lol - anyone experienced this? I literally look at my phone and wish it was the morning which is wank.

I've had garbage hips/RLS since about 32 weeks too and unfortunately didn't really find anything to help!
I resorted to just staying up as late as I can (2am ish) till I pretty much pass out and taking 2 paracetamol before bed and I've been able to get 4/5 hours sleep most nights.

The physio can help with hip exercises and recommend you use the birth ball when you're sitting to relieve some of the pressure but basically it's a case of ride it out and all will go away pretty quick post birth apparently.

I also know some who have had quite a bit of success with osteo treatments and yoga?

I'm 39+3 and willing the days away now to birth and normal legs again!
Hope you find some relief!
