Hey, I have a question, I'm pregnant with my first child. Today when I got to sit down at work after 12 hours of being on my feet, I noticed my feet/ankles were really really aching and felt a little tight.. is this the start of potential swollen ankles etc? If it is I'm not looking forward to it! I work in a hospital and on my feet for 13 hours at a time 3/4 days a week I'm not sure how well I will cope.. I'm only 22+5 😩

I had swollen ankles in both my pregnancies from around 20 weeks, it's awful! But it did used to get worse the more I was on my feet.

My ankles get extra swollen if I’m on my feet all day.

I find ankle supports help and putting my feet up (preferably raising them above my heart) help keep the swelling to a minimum x
