Growth scans

Been having growth scans every 3 weeks due to having a first small baby. This changed to 2 weeks and now I'm in every week, baby dropped from just under 50th to just under 10th and has stayed along that line for the past 2 scans which they are happy with. I'm 36+2 and honestly so fed up with the back and forth and not knowing a set date as to when I'm going to give birth (they won't let me go past 40 weeks so will be induced)
I'm glad they're keeping a close eye on me but in the days between scans I stress thinking right is this the day they'll keep me in etc etc. Has anyone else had these and what was your outcome? I'm also worried about being induced as went into labour myself last time so will be a completely different experience.

I’m the same !
Except the small first baby. My first was 75th percentile, this baby has been consistently under the 5th.
I have a growth/Doppler scan and CTG every week. And also have to go to the hospital another day every week for a second CTG- this is due to reduced movement. My next scan is Friday and I’ll be 36 weeks - they told me to ‘ bring my bag’
I’m having a section and one doctor said they won’t let me go past 37 weeks - however it hasn’t been booked ?! So absolutely no idea if this is correct.

Part of me wants them to say on Friday let’s get this baby out - but I’m on 36 weeks so don’t want her to need lots of help!
It’s just so draining going back and forth

I know exactly what you mean @Coffeeandcaffiene I wish they'd just give a date and that be it but it's asif they can't make their own minds up. I was under the impression I'd be getting set off around 37 week now I'm just booked in for another scan and then for a 'chat with my doctors'. The end of pregnancy isn't the most enjoyable as it is never mind going here there and everywhere!

@lmj25 it’s awful isn’t it. I think if all is fine at my scan on Friday I am just going to ask them to book me in for 37 weeks.
I genuinely think the stress surrounding each appointment can’t possibly be positively contributing to the baby!!
I’ve spent so much of my long anticipated mat leave at the hospital - I wanted to spend that money on cakes not parking Sad

What weight is your little one expected at now ? Have they given you steroids ?
