Peanut Birth Ball???

I'm gonna be induced and have been recommended an epidural by the anesthetist.

So I might be stuck and not able to move around much.

I have heard that peanut birth balls are really good for people in my position. Does anyone have any experience of these? What would you say about them?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I should also add that I may well also need additional drips due to diabetes.

We were shown this in our hospital class on Sunday. They look fab!!

We were told that they’re great to lean on during labour (I can’t see a drip affecting that too much) but that’s about all I know. Hopefully someone has actually used one and will be along shortly :)

Hi op, just wondered how you got on?
I'm getting induced next week , drip due to diabetes too and epidural recommended . Would love to hear your thoughts if you gave the ball the go as cant stop worrying about labour stalling being immobile
