14 weeks pregnant. I've felt very nauseous from about 4 weeks constantly from morning to night, really struggling to eat etc. Today my nausea isn't so bad (still there, just not as all encompassing) and I'm absolutely starving and can't stop eating. Is this normal and my body making up for the meagre amounts I've been feeding it?

I'm exactly the same! Ravenous! I find eating little and often helps (feels like its constant!) and keeps my sickness at bay too.

Congratulations xx

Thank you.
I feel disgusting. I bought a pack of scotch pancakes, and I've eaten the whole thing this morning, and am struggling to wait for lunch.
I might eat my phone at this rate.

Oh no! Phones are on the list of things you can’t eat while pregnant! 😉

It sounds to me like it’s time to get some healthy (ish) snacks ready to keep on hand for occasions such as this.

Top tip: don’t keep a full pack of dried apricots as your snack. If you eat them all in one sitting, you will have Regrets. (I wasn’t even pregnant! Haven’t bought them since)
