Does UC take into account back payments from MA? I’ve been borrowing money off family thinking that once I get the back pay from MA I could pay people back... but I’ve been told by a family UC will take the back pay into account and take it from my allowance within the assessment period? Is this true? Panicking as my mum took out a loan in her name so I could cover rent, and bills and I was going to pay her back from the back pay I’m going to get next week.
