Hiya.
I found out I'm pregnant yesterday Grin. The calculator thing suggests 5 weeks so far. I have to wait 3 weeks to see the local doctor. I'm just really really worried my job is so stressful I content to cause harm. I'm worried as it is on the 1st trimester as in have miscarried before. Just wanting reassurance or guidance on how to find a midwife to speed the process up x thanks

I could self refer myself for a midwife through my local hospital's maternity pages - can you access anything like that online? Or alternatively can your GP surgery give you a number?

Thank you for replying. I was thinking of going to our pharmacy for folic acid and ask if they have a number. I'm just so worried about my stress levels with work. I keep feeling every twinge to the point of paranoia Halloween Blush

If you ring your GP reception they should definitely be able to tell you what to do - in my area you self refer with a form after 6/7 weeks. :)

I have my first appt with the midwife on Saturday this week. Once I have seen her I will hopefully relax more. All these cramps. Twinges pulling ECT when I move but go when I'm sat worry me is it normal? I'm going to be a horrendous paranoid mummy I think x
