Showing at 9 weeks?

Is it normal to "look" pregnant at 9ish weeks?
I swear I looked like this at about 5/6months with first two DC whereas now I am pregnant with no 3 and people are commenting even though I don't want to spill until after the 12 week scan.
Is if because I have been pregnant 3x before (early miscarriage, 2 DCs) X

I looked pregnant earlier and earlier with each pregnancy. I just assumed it was my body saying "oh we're doing that again?! And getting nice and ready, knowing exactly what needed to happen. 😂

I swear my milks already coming in its mental! Don't want everyone to be asking questions but only have so many loose tops and it's getting harder! Can't wear a dress and had to loosen my belt already...
