Baby monitor recommendations

Help!! I am overwhelmed by all the choices.

I’d like a video baby monitor, maybe with night vision. Max around £100.

The online reviews seem to differ greatly. I was tempted by a BT one.

Anything I should be looking out for?

I'd highly recommend the LifetSmart Baby Monitor from Amazon, it's only £38.99 and it's absolutely brilliant. I had a fancy Motorola one prior to this and it constantly kept loosing signal.

I had an angelcare one that was absolutely brilliant because it monitored movement (ie an alarm would go if there was none ie baby stopped breathing). So much peace of mind even when he was in the same room and more when we moved him through to his own. Mine didn't have video but I think they do make them with video as well.

We had a bt one which was really good to start with. Visibility fab etc but after a while it got worse and worse. Would lose connection even when in the next room with the door open. Then it just conked about a year after we got it. Ended up getting a Motorola one to replace it. I don't like it as much but at least it works!
