Helppp please

Can any ladies help? I'm 7 weeks pregnant, and my skin and scalp is so itchy? Like I want to just scratch and scratch. Did anyone have this or have this? I feel as if I've got fleas or nits, lol.

@gemmaaaxxx I had this and was told it was hormones changing. I used different shampoo and conditioner ( went into Holland and Barrett and bought some honey shampoo and conditioner) and it seemed to improve quickly!
