Totally different symptoms this time?

Just had a surprise positive test result and think I may be around one month gone.
Only symptoms this time are swollen tender breasts and slight cramping like mild period pain. I only took the test cos my weird out-of-whack cycle was so late.
Last time (ended in miscarriage then termination) I had totally different symptoms - first 2-3 weeks of raging horn and tons of discharge, then around 4-5 weeks in the hormones and fatigue hit big time. Miscarriage around week 8. Never any breast swelling or tenderness at all.

Is this an 'individual mileage may vary' thing of different symptoms with different pregnancies, or is the horniness / fatigue waiting for me?

I think it's different for everyone! Different pregnancies are so different and apparently even different partners can influence it! I was 18 first time round and had DS, literally no symptoms the entire pregnancy apart from a week of sickness which alerted me to being pregnant (I thought it was food poisoning!) I'm now pregnant with DC 2 (A dd, different partner now 8 years after my first) and omg it's been the polar opposite. Extreme exhaustion, acid reflux, breast pain, hypermesis, spd. You name it, none of which has subsided overly and im now 26 weeks! I feel like I've got the entire symptom list!
