So, I had a break from the pill just to see how it was (use pills to help with heavy period symptoms). Anyway, forgot I was off them and had sex wih OH 2 weeks after start of last period. Started spotting about 12 days later. Thought period was starting so started next pill packet. Full period did not materialise. Took test a week ago which was negative, around time period was due. Been cramping since the spotting stared. Could the pills have stopped my period? Is it normal to have period cramps with no period while on the pill? I will test again in a few days, but these cramps keep waking me up and its playing on my mind
