Anyone else experiencing/experienced pain in their bum cheeks and down their legs, when I move there's a sharp pain that shoots down. Anyone have any advice or tips or ways to cope/make it better?
Thanks in advance
Xx

Sorry OP. Im no help. Im just watching with interest. I had this very bad for a few weeks. Seems to have eased off now but I'm expecting it back.

I had this in 3 pregnancies, tried physio, acupuncture etc, didn't work at all. The best thing I ever did was see an osteopath - one who does antenatal care.
I went from being in so much pain all the time, to being able to move again!
Good luck 💕

Tens machine worked for me. Even managed camping at 32 weeks and slept on an airbed!

Have a google of Piriformis Syndrome - very common cause of sciatica in pregnancy. Physio should help

Second Piriformis syndrome. I suffered with that massively but never really got it sorted. Ended up with high hamstring tendinopathy and knock on bursitis which I'm now stuck with forever.

How far on are you? I suffered with this but it went away instantly the second I gave birth. My doc just said it was one of those things when it started hurting me.

The pain intensified for me in the last few weeks so I rode it out, had it been that painful earlier on I would have sought more urgent treatment.

Go see an osteopath definitely, swimming helped me too.
