Cold/Cough

I'm almost 25 weeks and full of cold which I can cope with but I feel like it's moving on to my chest. I'm starting with a cough now and hoping it does not turn in to a chest infection.

Any recommendations on how to deal with and treat this seen as medications are off limits?

Facial sauna/steamer. I've had pneumonia three times and came down with a cold a few weeks back at 27 weeks pregnant and it got ever so slightly onto my chest so hut the steamer straight away and all good x
