Mine did this as well. He now kicks when he hears his voice but stops the minute DH speaks with his hand on the bump.

Hersetta · 15/06/2007 14:55

My bump did this as well - I think it took 3-4 weeks before my DH actually felt a kick. I think he was getting a bit peeved in the end!

Now though bump can be quiet and dh rubs my tummy and talks to her and she kicks like a mad thing which he is very chuffed with. 10 weeks to go till me meet our DD.

Yep, mine doesn't like to perform on demand either! Definitely it's father's child!

RGPargy · 15/06/2007 15:04

Cant wait til DP feels my bump kick!

Moorhen · 15/06/2007 18:09

Mine still does it at 35 weeks. DH does get him sometimes, but my poor mum's dying to feel her first grandchild kick and the little swine's just refusing to perform.

Awkward even pre-birth... this is going to be interesting

EdieMcredie · 15/06/2007 19:01

Oh god this used to drive me insane! However now at 27 weeks he gets to feel her all the time.

wheniamqueen · 15/06/2007 20:09

mine stops kicking as soon as anyone tries to feel it.....dp's only felt it once and im 30weeks!

holsnovell · 15/06/2007 20:16
