Sore/tender bump

I’m 34 weeks and my bump is really sore today! Driving in the car - any bump in the road makes it hurt, getting up, walking around, leaning forward, basically everything! Has anyone else experienced this?

I had this the other say - also 34 weeks. Midwife checked at my usual appt and didn't find anything of concern. I think mine was down to excessive bending? Have you been extra busy lately?
