I'm absolutely fuming!!! I have always been quite organised about work stuff and made sure that I got my MATB1 form in to them a few weeks ago (I'm nearly 26 wks now).

I don't usually work on Fridays but I peeked at my e-mails and they have lost my MATB1 form - how awful is that! So, I've got to get a copy and I'm not even sure if I'll be allowed one! (any knowledge/experience of this would be helpful!?)

I guess I'm just annoyed because I've not been treated very well since I got pg. That sounds awful when I type it - they're all really nice and I have worked there for over 6 years now. I wouldn't dream of taking any official action but having looked into it, I would have a strong case for discrimination if I did go that way.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There, that feels a bit better!!

I can understand why you are so annoyed. It is just careless of them!! and a hassel for everyone else.

I am expecting my form to be lost so I have already taken a copy and I am just waiting for them to ask for it.

I am sure you will be allowed another one. When I got mine my midwife made a mistake on two seperate forms and just put them in the bin so I didn't get the impression that they were limited.

Thanks cupcake, isn't it awful!

Have just heard back from the midwife and she is leaving a copy on reception for me to pick up...

phew!

my boss lost mine last time round too

I work in same place where I was booked in, so was a bit easier to get another one. Shamed me boss by telling the mw he'd lost it - she tutted a bit and prolly told her colleagues what a useless twonk he is
