Hi, I went for a growth scan just over a week ago and they have diagnosed my baby with Ventriculomegaly. This measured at 14-16mm on the right side of the brain (couldn't see the left due to the position of baby). I seen the consultant at the fetal medicine unit yesterday to re-scan and take blood tests. The measurements have come back the same so i am waiting for a MRI at Alder Hay. I’m petrified and was wondering how other people have dealt with this? If the fluid increases will they deliver early or is he safe where he is? I am 29 weeks pregnant. Thanks!
