Am I overthinking?

I missed 2 cerazette pills on 3rd and 4th had unprotected sex on 4th then retook one pill a day on 5th til 11th. I ran out and currently awaiting more. Well had sex 8th or 9th Can’t remember exactly also had niggly pains in the day time on these days and on the 11th had unprotected sex.
Since Saturday 13th been off food and been feeling really hot and moody since Thursday. I’ve put this down to a cold as I had a snuffy nose since Thursday? What are my chances? I also don’t have periods so I’m just as confused. I took a test today but came back negative. If and when should I retake another one

Do you not have periods because of the BC or a medical condition? Not sure if you would get any symptoms so soon. It could just be the missing of the pill which has sent you slightly off.
But I would test again in a week and see as HCG should be present and risen.

There's always a chance... taking a test is the only thing that will put your mind at ease.

Sorry I seemed to have missed you saying you had a negative test.

In that case, I would give it some time and see how you feel. You could be run down or perhaps picked up a virus.

If no better in a week or two you could try retesting for peace of mind.

Hi I don’t get periods coz of my pill I’m on.

I mean from a realistic point of view (sorry if you are hoping but I am assuming not considering you started taking your pill again) I personally think it is a low chance - the time you would have to be concerned about is the 4th. I do not think the 8th or 9th would have done anything - also this would be crazily early to start getting symptoms - literally 5 days after possible conception. Before anyone bites my head off I am not saying impossible really I'm not because people have fallen even whilst on the pill but considering you started taking it again consistently afterwards and you missed 2 I would say probably going to be okay - however like I said it would be the 4th you need to be careful about as you missed pills on the 3rd and 4th. The other dates I shouldn't think would matter x

Sorry to add to that, if you had fallen on the 3rd or 4th that would be over 2 weeks ago most home pregnancy tests particularly early response ones should start coming up now so again probably okay but as stated previously not impossible to show up on a pregnancy test until later than 2 weeks - retest again like someone else suggested in a few days or a week but IMO I think probably okay x

Well go said it can take 3 weeks to show on a test even the early ones also I know people who have had early symptoms. Drs don’t seem to think it’s linked to missed pill

I'm not trying to shatter your hopes if you want it to be but you sounded like you was looking for reassurance as you had started taking your pill again - I also did say it wasn't impossible just wasn't as likely considering the circumstances. good luck with however it turns out and I stand by the previous advice - retest again in a week if you believe you are

Oh I know sorry wasn’t sounding rude. I started taking it again as I was ill the days I missed it that’s why I’m confused as drs have said your still not protected when your on it for first few days. So I don’t know x

no I understand depening what outcome you want it's a worrying time! but annoyingly it does look like might have to be a waiting game :( either way don't stress too much I'm sure you'll be fine regardless of outcome just gotta hang in there maybe another week or so and get tested again x

So been drs today they said it could be very early signs or a viral thing. They said missing pill won’t cause these symptoms. And to do a test in next few weeks
