Hi, I’m currently 16w3d and for the past day or so I’ve had quite painful stomach cramps with dizziness and nausea, I’ve also felt exhausted - more so than I’ve felt before. I’m just not sure what to do, I know some of it’s normal but I’m finding it hard to function with 3&4 year old af home on half term. I’ve felt a little baby movement which is reassuring. At my last mw appt I had ketones in my urine, not sure if significant to my symptoms or not.

I’m 16 weeks too and I went to my GP this morning for similar symptoms and it was low blood pressure. She signed me off work for a week and I’m going for blood tests next week to check for anemia and B12 etc. BUT I’m not having painful cramps. I think you should ring your midwife for advice!
