Sickness in pregnancy

So I am currently just over 8 weeks pregnant with my second baby. We had multiple miscarriages before I had my son last year and this pregnancy was a little unexpected (but a welcome surprise). I am struggling with sickness pretty badly and any advice would be gratefully received as to how you coped with morning sickness. I currently spend my days with my one year old destroying my living room with CBeebies on so I can get to the toilet quick enough (can't keep water down). Help!?!

TIA

Watch you arent getting dehydrated. I have hyperemesis really struggle with fluids but can handle ice or lolly ices and melon to get fluids up.

Pregnancy sickness support are a great charity. Worth looking them up.
