I am having a super unhealthy craving for a beer especially Budweiser I haven't drank this whole pregnancy but god I would love to drink a beer!

Does anyone know an alternative?

You can alcohol free becks in most off licences they taste just the same!! I had them with my last pregnancy and I'll probably be making use of them with this one too lol
