We originally wanted a silver cross buggy but now aren't sure.

I'd like a buggy that you can clip the car seat on. The car seat to also have a isofix base for the car.

Also not one to break the bank £££££

Any ideas?

Not silver cross but have you tried looking at Joie? They have a range of strollers and most are able to accommodate a car seat.

No! I saw one that make someone pushed past the other week and I forgot the brand name 🙈 thank you I'll look now.

Have you looked at the mothercare journey edit? It’s a bargain price and is as good quality as lots of the top of the range prams.

I have a 2nd hand bugaboo camelon that does the job. You can clip the car seat on to the buggy as the car seat is a maxi cosi it can have an isofix base.

@Belle723 I think it is discontinued as it always says it out of stock 😩

Will have a look at the bugaboo ones

We have a cosatto. The baby hasn’t arrived yet, but it’s lovely to push around. The car seat matches the carry cot and both clip easily onto the wheel base.

The car seat is isofix too, but you need to buy the base :)

Ask in your local store - they are so popular they keep selling out - definitely worth it though! And we got 10% off too so it was even more of a bargain. Failing that you can contact mothercare online and they will let you know when they are back in stock - good luck OP!

I bought a silver cross wayferer but didn’t like it so sent it back and got a joie chrome instead and I love it😊
They’re lovely to push around and look a lot more expensive than they are!
Also it’s currently on offer at smyths toy store for £300 for the pushchair, carry cot and car seat and then we bought the isofix base separately for £60 I think.

The mothercare care journey doesn't have a compatible isofix base so wouldn't be what you're looking for anyway.

Belle723 · 13/10/2018 18:05

The journey comes with a non isofix car seat but the journey edit doesn’t come with a car seat but you can choose an isofix compatible one. We have a maxi cosi car seat. The pram comes with car seat adaptors.

I have an uppababy vista (old model 2012 maybe?)
I’ve head it 4 years over 2 children and it’s still a dream to push. I can fit a weekly shop in the bottom basket it’s so big.
I never used it as a double, but when second came along it was strong enough for my then 3 year old to climb on the frame and hold on.
She’s now 4 and very very tall and she still jumps in it when toddler is toddling and it’s still pretty smooth to push.
Maxi cosy clips on it with adaptors, and maxi cosy is isofix too.
Honestly everyone who pushes it for one reason or another always exclaims how lovely it is to push.
It’s a popular American brand, but not so much over here, I got mine online from winstanley pram world. I wanted to buy it from my local baby store who stocked it which is how I found it ( it’s not in mothercare) but they couldn’t price match the deal I got.
I found mothercare staff utterly useless, smaller indepentanr stores are much more helpful as the sale is more important to them x
