Bleeding... from bum?!

I have no shame anymore so I’ll explain fully! Just went to the toilet for a number 2, nothing abnormal about it at all, but I have been constipated on and off over the past few weeks. Anyway there was some red blood in the toilet. Not loads, but a fair amount enough for me to massively go into panic mode thinking I could be having a miscarriage.
Anyway after wiping I’ve realised the blood is from my bum, not vagina. I’ve put a little bit of tissue into my vagina a couple of times since and nothing there but there’s still a tiny bit of blood if I wipe my bottom!
I’m assuming this could be hemerroids or a fissure? I’m only 17 weeks so is this normal? Do I need to see anyone? I still feel a bit shaken up :(

Probably haemorrhoids alright, the pressure of pregnancy and constipation on top of that. You can get anusol cream if they're not too bad, can get suppositories or a prescription if they're worse. Don't strain when constipated, get a foot stool for the toilet and plenty of water and fibre.

Was going to come
On and say piles too caused by the constipation

Sounds like piles to me. This has happened to me this morning. I've taken some lactulose to make things pass easier and softer. I'm getting a lot of constipation too.
