Has anyone been signed off work with sickness? The doctor has signed me off for a week because of how sick I've been and I feel terrible about work.
they know how bad I am because I'm off to the toilet every 10 mins being sick but I still feel terrible to the point I'm considering going in anyway.

How did your work places react?

I'm currently signed off for 4 weeks a nd doubt I'll be back for a few weeks after that. Don't worry, it's very common; just relax and look after yourself and your baby. One of the big lessons I learned with my first dc was that you loose all control when you have kids and have to get used to pulling out of things. My lo came at 29 weeks and was very poorly, we missed 3 weddings in a row and countless other events and I had to just call work and say I wouldnt be back because I was in labour! It's out of your hands, just try to take it as easy as you can x
