Hello

This is my first thread! I have been here reading other people’s threads and thought it was time to start my own 😊
I went to the doctors on the 4th October as I has a really horrible dull ache in the bottom of my lower left back and every now and then a sharp pain in my left side. Tested to see if I had Kidney infection but all clear and she said to take a pregnancy test in a weeks time.
I took a test FRER on Sunday 7th October and had a very faint line so re tested on the Wednesday 10th October and had a clear pink line. Woohoo. AF was due yesterday the 11th and still nothing so I have got my fingers crossed she does not show up!
Although my test is positive I still can’t believe it and hoping I don’t have a chemical pregnancy.
Anybody else here want join me on my journey?

Oh my goodness I literally found out I was pregnant around the same time as you I had very faint lines on pregnancy tests up until last time I tested 3 days ago and then today I had a very dark positive line and am really hoping all is okay! I'm so nervous as this is my 3rd pregnancy but the previous 2 were ectopic.. this time though it is completely different I have loads of symptoms and no bleeding!! Early scan on the 22nd but that's so long away! I need some advice and reassurance haha I feel like every little ache I have is the start of something going wrong! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I haven’t tested again since Wednesday but will grab another test tomorrow to double check. I haven’t even booked a doctors appointment yet I wanted to get the weekend out the way just to make sure AF doesn’t turn up, will phone them Monday.

Fingers crossed for you this time around. That must of been awful for you! This is my first time pregnancy and have no clue, my boobs have been super sore for well over a week now and I’m super hungry!
Try and keep positive about everything I’m sure you are going to be fine 😊 keep me updated with your early scan.

Oh my goodness I have been so hungry and I get nauseous if I don't eat haha my boobs have been so sore for weeks I just thought oh great going to come on soon and was very shocked (sounds strange I know as we are trying)! But I will definitely keep you updated. I've spoken to a few other people and they've said these symptoms are very normal and all sounds very positive so congratulations and I hope everything goes beautifully xxxx

I also only booked a doctors appointment so quickly because of my previous experience otherwise I probably would've waited until next week also to make sure af didn't show xxxx

Still no sign of AF keeping fingers crossed still as I was on the pill where you don’t have periods for nearly 7 years so I’m not sure if I am regular. My first period since coming of the pill was exactly 4 weeks so I’m just assuming my next one was going to be the same. It can be so confusing and I really wasn’t expecting it to be so quick!

I don’t have any symptoms when I’m due on a part from stomach cramps so the sore boobs was a bit weird for me. I eat a lot anyway but I have never eaten breakfast and now I can’t go without it.

Do you work? If so have you told them yet? I get on well with my manager but I don’t want to jinx things.

I know I've been super hungry at work today! I was the same never eat breakfast now I feel sick and get tummy ache if I don't eat, then I feel sick after I've eaten haha I work in a care home so I have told them already because of the type of job I do so I didn't want to put myself in any uncomfortable situations and I've told a couple of my colleagues purely because I was working with them and felt they needed to know because I won't be working at my usual pace.. ideally I would've liked to keep it quiet but it was must really.. have you booked your doctors appointment now?

Not pregnant but just popping on to say with both my pregnancies, the first symptom was awful lower back ache - it's the only time I've ever had back ache!
They are now almost 7 and 3

Sorry been busy over the weekend! I’m so glad that I’m not the only one feeling this way. I’m off Wednesday so will try and get a doctors appointment then, hoping it all might feel so real then. It’s still hasn’t properly sunk in. How are you getting on, not much longer until your scan 😆

That's okay! I'm absolutely shattered today just got home from work and am now laying on the sofa 😂😂 nap time!! 🎉🎉 I'm so excited for next Monday this time next week I'll know if the baby is in the right place and can relax a little more 😍😍 my little rainbow baby 🌈👶🏻 💕💙 you'll have to let me know how it goes Wednesday xx
