We just booked a flight & I’ll be around 24 weeks at the time - it’s only to Rome so it’s a few hours flight.

What’s your recommendations for flights during pregnancy? First time flying pregnant but have travelled heaps backpacking and solo travel etc etc.

I will be getting travel insurance of course & those socks to keep blood flow moving and water on board to stay hydrated. I’ve pre booked aisle seats also as I’m already peeing lots ha.

Hoping all goes well at 20 week scan before we do go.

I guess if anything happens right before we can cancel as accom says cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before and flights weren’t extortionately priced if insurance doesn’t cover it for any reason.

Hit me with any tips!

I flew long haul at 26 weeks. All I did was drink lots of water and move around a lot and it was fine. It also turned out to be the least jet lagged I've ever been too!
