I'm due in 5 weeks , was going through hospital bag , baby nursery drawers and realised I only had one knitted cardigan jacket for baby , how many would you recommend having ?
I know snowsuits are not suitable for car seats , so was just planning on cardigan /cotton jacket and blankets .

Thanks!

I never used a single one of the ones people gave me. They're not really needed indoors and they're a faff to wrestle on and off when going outdoors. Get a star wrap or use normal blankets instead is my advice.

I had quite a few and used them a fair bit. I'll probably want to have 3/4 this time round. Depends on how warm your house is as to whether you'd use them a lot at home though.

I've never used cardigans at home, and despite having 6/7 I use one white one as it's easy to put with any outfit. I'd say it's a safe bet to have 3 to handle some being dirty/ in the wash
