Hiya we're going away to centre parcs (Longleat) in November for a long weekend away. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience of going there pregnant, good things to book, things you weren't allowed to do etc

Don't bother booking a spa if you're pregnant, so many parts of that you can't do!
Also no using the flumes at the pool.
Probably no segways if they have them.
Maybe no tennis (ball being slammed into your stomach). But all other sport I should imagine ok?

Congrats and enjoy x

I love center Parcs go at least twice a year usually. I went in the summer when I was in my first trimester. We played crazy golf did lots of walks and had a few meals out. Swimming will be fine but like others have said no flumes or rapids. Enjoy.

I live near centre parts and often people go into early labourgoing down flumes etc. So take it easy and don't do anything silly or you'll be at Bath hospital!

That's not so bad really! Shame about the flumes but makes sense. I'll be 27 weeks so I think it should be a nice time to get away for a bit :)

If the spa is your think you can book the spa for £10 for three hours. You’re very limited as you can’t go in any of the heat rooms, but water beds, pool, meditation room etc are fine. I found it quite a nice spot of relaxation and ‘me time’. If you email them they send a list of what treatments are ‘permitted’, I found the specific pregnancy ones to be really pricey though (even by CP standards)!

I went on the flumes and rapids last time I was pregnant - I don't see it as any different to swimming in the sea (which I also do) or wrestling the toddler in soft play! But yeah, they won't let you do spa stuff.
