High nuchal measurement

Had my second attempt at a dating scan yesterday and they struggled to get measurements but when they finally did it was 5.1.
We had the NIPT but it's a 2 week wait now to find out whether baby has downs, Edwards or Pateau or not.
I feel like it's too high to not be anything but wondering if anyone else has been in this position before and had a good result.
I'm really struggling to get through this morning.

I'm 28 by the way. They did say our initial screening results will come back high because of the NT... Just hoping the NIPT says all is fine.

I'm so sorry for what you're going through. I've been there and I know how difficult it all is. Unfortunately things did not work out well for us but I read lots of stories of people for whom it all turned out ok. Have you thought about speaking with ARC? They were a great source of support for me x

I think I will do, I'm not really sure what to say or do at the moment. I feel really torn between hope and negativity.

It's our second baby so I'm just trying to carry on as normal for our 3 year old but it's flipping hard.

I have also been there but had a positive outcome. It was the worst wait of my whole life I think and I have never been so stressed. I’m sorry I don’t have any tips for how to get through it as I struggled but I really hope it’s a positive outcome for you

I'm just so worried. I keep thinking that anyone I know who has had a good turn around hadn't got such a high NT. Feeling very negative today.
