So the last few weeks I have been back and forth to the hospital (maternity assessment)...

I went about 3 weeks ago due to reduced movements which baby had moved position and was perfectly fine they done a scan and baby was measuring 5 weeks ahead. I have another scan on the 17th to check measurements and make a plan
Then about 4 days later I began to have contraction done the TNN test and it came back negative and was sent home.
1 week later I had a really bad headache for about 3 days that I couldn't shift and the GP told me to call maternity as my bloods had came back which they took the day before which shows my infection marker was up. I was sent home to be told they weren't sure what was wrong but the next day I woke up with a cold and sore throat and sore ears now feeling better only lasted for 2 days - Now 1 weeks after last being at the hospital I have got the headache back I have tried paracetamol which hasn't helped I have pain behind my eyes & a pain in my upper right back which comes and goes. My blood pressure has always been fine and I protein in my urine - I'm so paranoid that I ignore these symptoms and something goes wrong- I am high risk due to my mum having preeclampsia when having me - I don't wanna go back to the hospital again to be told there is nothing wrong and it's just another pregnancy headache - any advise sorry for the long post

I'm a first time mum but sounds like you should ring, I believe a headache can be preeclamisa especially if you've got protein in the urine.
