Hi, I was wondering if it is safe to take fat binding pills during pregnancy?
I have already put on a stone within 2 months of my pregnancy and I can not stop eating unhealthy stuff! ( as well as healthy stuff ofc )
I would like to take fat binding pills when eating unhealthy foods such as crisp, chocolate, biscuits etc

No I wouldn't

I wouldn't at all. You need to focus on eating a healthy balanced diet not taking pills to stop you putting on weight. Also you will put on some weight as you are pregnant, a lot of this is obviously baby, placenta and fluid not fat.

No.
Also pretty sure it just gives you the worst case of the shits of your life.
You really do not want that at the best of times, being pregnant is surely going to make it even worse.

Big fat no. Stop yourself from buying so many 'junk' foods and put that money towards healthier options. If you don't buy it, you can't eat it, and taking weight loss/fat-binding pills could potentially be taking nutrition away from your baby.

I was on these before I got pregnant and tbh they did absolutely naff all for me so I just stopped anyway. Healthy and balanced diet is best way to go and walking, that really helped me maintain weight. Don't stress yourself about weight gain too much. I've given myself a target gain, so I give my self a little bit of leway. I've done research into how much I should gain and I'm gunna try my best to keep it as low as I can. It's really hard because all I've wanted is carbs but I'm trying to change my mind set....I miss carbs 😭😭
