Could I be pregnant?

Can someone help me.
My husband and I have been ttc for 3 months. AF was due on 5th except I had spotting on the 4th (pink) which went slightly heavier (red) on the 5th then back to watery spotting on the 6th. (Brownish)
(Normally my periods last for 5 days and a lot heavier).
I took a hpt a day after this and got BFN.
Since then I have had watery clear discharge.
I’ve had sore nipples from the 4th and still have them after the bleed.
I’m bloated and having mood swings!
Can anyone shed some light? Has anyone else had this and been pregnant? Was it too early to test?
I don’t have any children so I’m a first time at this 😬

If you think you're pregnant from last cycle, you could have tested a few days ago...

It may have been a light period, or it may have been an implantation bleed. If it's been a few days since you tested maybe test again one morning?

It's so difficult because every woman is so different
I got a bfp 3 days before AF was due. But my friend didn't get a positive until a week after her AF was due. Ive also got other friends who didn't get positives till way after a week too. I would definitely reccomend another test, morning urine and see what happens. It's an awful wait especially when it is late. My last cycle was 42 days and I was gutted when AF arrived but the cycle after that is when we conceived.

Would my nipples still be tender even after the half day bleed which was a few days ago? am also getting very bloated and pulling feeling in lower abdomen which comes and goes ?
