First thing first I never really got on with my boyfriends immediate family. His sister is really mean and passive aggressive and it’s not just me but she has no friends/no one likes her because she’s honestly just a mean person. His mom seems nice but I can tell she thinks negative thing of me etc. his dad lives kinda far away but well he’s a misogynistic and he’s gay and has a boyfriend so he’s just made weird comments to me and things like that.
My boyfriend acts like his moms and sisters parent/dad. He’s only 25 but he has done a lot of financially supporting for them because they’re both really lazy. His sister who is 28 she never moved out of her moms house and has only ever had minimum wage jobs that she quits/jumps around from a lot. His mom was unemployed recently for like a year and my bf paid for her rent/everything and she just like mooched off her son who doesn’t have tons of money mind you, he also lives with his mom and never moved out. When his sister had problems with her car (that was his old car that he gave her for free) my bf paid the $500 for her to get it fixed so his mom wouldn’t have to drive her etc. I know a lot of ppl would think these are nice things to
Do but I think they take advantage of him and use him. His mom takes money from his rom al the time and says “I jsur borrowed a $100”. One time he was missing money and ASKED ME if I stole it!!!! Which I didn’t and NevEr would. He said the only person that were at his house during the time it was missing were me, his mom or sister and obviously his mom probably took it. They legit steal from him.
I’m now 4 months pregnant and we’re looking for a place together as we kind of have to. I haven’t seen him for like a month because I’ve been too tired to go out and do stuff and I don’t feel like going to his moms and sitting in his room in the basement with no windows, and listen to his mom and sister fight upstairs. I’m pregnant and am less tolerable for unpleasant situations, and I don’t have a place he can go to either.
This morning when I left, they asked me if this pair of socks they found was mine. I haven’t been there for a month, and I haven’t worn socks (beside the past month when I haven’t been at his house) since months ago because I was wearing sandals.
I just thought it was really weird, and i think they were either trying to tell me something or start a fight.
