Aural migraine, numbness in leg / foot

Hello,

I'm just over eight weeks pregnant. I was just wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms to this. Yesterday I was painting the bathroom and am aural migraine came on. It lasted about an hour, then headache afterwards. I used to get them when I was on the contraceptive pill (sometimes I'd lose vision entirely, this time it was just about half of one eye).

This morning I got up and got straight in the shower, after a couple of minutes I lost some of the feeling in my lower leg / foot. It was very strange, I could feel temperature, but not much other sensation, and it was very weak.

I'm not sure if the two are connected, but I just wanted to see if anyone had had anything similar? I've got an appointment with the gp tomorrow. I tried calling the EPU first, but they said it's more something for the gp to check out

I suffer from migraine with aura. I had a similar experience mid way through my last pregnancy. I suffered the visual aura, subsequent pain and then I lost sensation and movement in my left side, almost totally. It was very scary and I was terrified but as a migraine sufferer I had similar before, just in different ways.
I don’t think baby is in any danger, but seeing GP is a good idea as you can get rescue meds if it happens again.
