BFP... so scared!

I just got my BFP today at 10dpo. I’ve had 3 miscarriages in the past year including a TFMR in August at 14 weeks. Have I got any chance of a healthy pregnancy and baby? I’m terrified already. I just want a healthy baby.
How do I stay calm?

You poor thing, it's no wonder you are scared. I think I would just concentrate on self care at the minute. Do things that calm and relax you and try and stay in the moment. Right now you are pregnant, and that is wonderful. You can't predict the future and trying will just cause you upset, without having any effect on the outcomes. Take it easy and be kind to yourself. Flowers

Thank you so much. You’re totally right, worrying will have no effect on what happens. Going to have a bath and try to relax! Grin
