I bought the tablets yesterday I'm 38 weeks today, it says to take 2 but surely when your drinking cups you don't even know how much your drinking so would I get away with taking 3 tablets the ingredients is literally just raspberry leaf :/

I’ve been taking one tablet morning and night but I don’t think it’s been doing much. I’ve literally just read that it’s better to drink a string infusion just as you go into labour.
I’ve also been taking Evening primrose oil.

@aetw have you been evening primrose oil capsules orally ? Im about skeptical of them, how many weeks are you ? X

You can take the tablets from something like 34 weeks, so I wouldn't worry about taking 3. Some sites state to be taking 3 per day at your stage anyways!
For the EPO I researched it and you can take them orally and internally from 38 weeks- theyre meant to be good!

@Kt2108 thank you ! I've started taking 3 raspberry leaf tabs & 2 EOP capsules, I've started getting Braxton Hicks not sure if it's related but hopefully I don't go over due 🤞🏼😏
