I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have gained about a stone and 4lbs so far. Each day I start with good intentions and then fall off the wagon massively. I was pretty healthy with my diet before pregnancy and now I'm eating a lot of chocolate and sugar. I know I should make healthier choices but I'm working long hours and relying on sugar to get me through.
Before pregnancy my BMI was 18.5 so on the low side of normal. My calorie intake each day must be at least 2,500 probably more 
Is this normal? I suspect not...
