Is it normal to feel out of breath and be really tired. I’m at 15 weeks.

I was really dePressed for a while after finding out I was pregnant because it was unplanned and I had a lot to figure out. Up until honesly a few days ago, I pretty much left myself to be bed ridden. Barely left my bed or went anywhere,
Now, like walking around the mall (I’ve only walked two miles total today) has me out of breath. I drove to a mall far away and I’m about to take a nap in my car !!!!!! Is this normal?

I went to the ER a couple days ago because my breathing just seemed so bad but they couldn’t find anything wrong, did tons of tests.

Could it be because I’ve done nothing for so many weeks?? Or is this normal??

I was shorter of breath and more tired whilst pregnant and there was nothing 'wrong' with me, however it could be anaemia. Visit gp and ask for a blood test.

They toook a blood test including CBC and she said nothing was wrong with my blood! I didn’t see the test but I trust that. Weird because I do have a history of having anemia not long ago!! But they woulda told Me in the hospital .

I honestly don’t have the energy to drive home right now. Is it bad if I take a nap in my car. I’m so exhausted. I did wake up at like super early tho.. 5am or something my sleep schedule is all messed up I’m trying to get it back to normal

I'm 14 weeks and I've been getting this for a while. It's just another on the list of those pesky pregnancy symptoms.

It'll be worse as you've been inactive for a while. As the hospital are happy there's nothing wrong, just slowly increase what you do and it'll become more manageable as you get fitter again. (Fitter muscles need less oxygen.)

Just be kind to yourself and try not to get too frustrated that you don't feel as you normally do. How are you feeling about the pregnancy in general now?

It could definitely be a symptom of anaemia so please get your blood levels checked.

Sorry, just seen you've had a blood test. How long ago was it? Mine was perfect at booking in but my iron stores quickly depleted. Also, how is your blood pressure? Mine is very low and I suffer with the breathlessness as a result.
