I took two different tests one was positive one was negative. I've recently started to get headaches which I never get back pain sore boobs and stomach cramps and am unsure if I've missed my period I had my implant removed not the Wednesday just gone but the Wednesday before and haven't had a period all throughout or since then so am unsure which test to believe? I do have an appointment with a midwife but not until November so just wanted some advice :)

What tests did you use? The first response ones are the best

The positive result was from a first response test and then the negative was from a Sainsburys own brand test

I posted a picture of the test (the positive one) but can't see it in the comments let me know if it uploaded? :)

There's no pic, was it a clear positive on the FR

destiny1998 · 05/10/2018 17:48

It won't post the picture and to me it looks clear in person and on the photo I managed to capture it pretty well. :)

I'd say trust the FR if it's a clear positive and the line came up within the time. When I was pregnant I got an EXTREMELY faint line on Superdrug cheapie, you could barely see it, but FR was a clear positive

It's a clear positive but the weird thing is I only came off the implant not the Wednesday just gone but the one before and that's what makes me think I'm not pregnant because me and my partner slept together at the weekend after I had it removed so I might not even be a week pregnant yet which wouldn't show up on a test I don't think? Unless I conceived just before the implant was removed? It would have helped to show the picture but it won't let me add it on here

Was the implant close to expiry, people have been known to get pregnant even with them newly in.

Nothing would make w prey test positive apart from HCG hormone being elevated from a pregnancy. I'd take another test tomorrow to be sure

No I only had it in a year and a half before removal
