32 weeks pregnant and feeling down

Hello,
I am 32 weeks pregnant with my first. Apart from gestational diabetes I have had a pretty easy going pregnancy (which I am very thankful for!).
However, for the past week I have woken up every morning with a anxious/nervous feeling for no apparent reason. I haven't had anything stressful or new happening. I am also feeling quite low, and can't be bothered to do anything, I can't imagine ever getting into the nesting phase, I have to force myself to just do the washing up!!
I have 3 weeks left of work and I feel I should be excited and wanting to get everything ready.
Are these feelings normal? Is it just hormones? I am not really tearful just feel down and lacking motivation for anything Confused I have never suffered with anxiety or depression so I dont know if its something to be conerned about of if this mood will pass

Following with interest... I'm only 24 weeks but feeling the same. Crying for no reason! Hope it's just hormones but not sure.

I felt exactly the same way for 2-3 weeks, I was 31 weeks at the time.
It was a rough few week, not knowing why I was so upset- crying whilst listening to a song, feeling like I didn't want to get out of bed, upset that my husband wouldn't let me wash the dishes (totally ridiculous!)

Safe to say, for me the feeling passed! I do feel much better, I talked it over with my midwife. I'm sleeping better, worrying less and using my countdown of days left at work to get me through!

Hope the feeling passes for you too! Hugs xx

Aww thank you. After saying I wasn't tearful I had a good cry earlier and feel a bit better now. I have a midwife app on Monday so think I will just mention how I feel. I do hope it passes soon though Smile
