I know it's probably a stupid question but after a previous miscarriage, I've been over the top worrying my whole pregnancy so far. I've had a weight watchers ready meal for lunch, not because I'm doing weight watchers, it just looked nice and was on offer. However the ingredients list "low fat soft cheese". I would assume its fine and it was heated until bubbling in the microwave but now I've eaten it I can't stop worrying!

Totally fine. Don't worry.

Sounds fine to me

Totally fine.

If it's cooked well it's fine. Also I was told it was mould ripened soft cheese (like brie or camembert), not all pasteurised and mould-free soft cheese (like Philadelphia).
Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Totally fine. It's mould ripened soft cheese (brie, camembert) you are advised to avoid, and even that is ok if you cook it first.

Soft cheese is safe in pregnancy - I eat it pretty much daily (dairylea, philly, laughing cow)
