18 weeks and feeling quite "damp"...

Hi all.
Just as the title says really.
I'm exactly 18 weeks today. I've had the normal discharge you get being pregnant, but today I just seem to be generally damp down there. Nothing to see on a pad or pantry liner TBH, no gush or anything.
Anyway, I've phoned my midwife and they've asked me to pop up to be seen (have an appointment in about 45 mins) but just wondering if anyone else has had something similar xx

Yes, i had loads of watery discharge and was sent to check it wasn't amniotic fluid. It wasn't and she didn't come til 41 weeks in the end

Don't worry OP, I had this and I think it's completely normal - I found it particularly terrifying as my bfp came after numerous failed IVF cycles which all ended with bleeds, so I did a lot of dashing to the toiled in my first 2 trimesters (now 30 weeks).

It's not particularly pleasant but I'd just wear a pantyliner or pad and try not to worry; I'm sure your midwife will give you the all clear but it's good she's checking you out.

Thank you both for the responses.
All appears well. She did a speculum and checked urine and things. All fine. Plus, I got to hear the happy little heart beat again which was a wee bonus.
Thank you again ❤️

Oh i have had to wear a panty liner since about 16 weeks and have had many days when i forget where my nickers and jeans/leggings are damp by 3pm. Watery discharge has been my LEAST favourite thing about pregnancy.

One of the nasty bits of pregnancy no one tells you about.

I remember having a whispered conversation with my SIL about it when we was pregnant and ruminating on how gross pregnancy was.
