Pregnancy and Underactive Thyroid

I was recently diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (Hashimoto’s).
I am very lucky as it hasn’t affected my fertility and I fell pregnant a few month later.

My Dr upped my thyroxine after my 1st check up to 75mg and I found out I was pregnant 2 days later. We kept at 75mg and I’ve just had my bloods redone again a month later (I’m now 8 weeks pregnant) and my levels haven’t changed from last month (TSH 4.4 and T4 12.7) both in normal range for an unpreggo but a bit high for a preggo, my Dr has now upped my dosage to 100mg and said she expects it to double over the course of the pregnancy.

Basically I’m after some reassurance, did having high or not quite perfect levels at the beginning of your pregnancy affect your DC?
I’ve already had a neonatal death due to birth complications so am very anxious!

Any advice welcome
