I’m 36 weeks and wondering when it will be! Obviously everyone is different but I’m interested to hear stories!

I'm currently 41 +2, first baby, will be watching with interest for tales of being overdue!

It's been suggested that I go in for induction on Sunday if I don't give birth before then...

Yelsgirl · 04/10/2018 08:43

38 weeks :)
At 37+5 I was at work all day had a routine midwife app - got there she asked what had happened to me. Apparently I was very swolen and hadn’t noticed ! She sent me straight to triage as my blood pressure was so high and pre-eclampsia was confirmed. Had steroid injections for 2 days and then had little one !
Gutted I missed my last days at work! Weirdly felt fine also I didn’t have a clue

Treaclepie19 · 04/10/2018 08:44

37+3 with my first :)
Currently 13+2 with number 2 and wondering whether they will be early like their brother!

stayfit · 04/10/2018 08:51

42 weeks, went for induction at 41+5 but ended up with section.

WoogleCone · 04/10/2018 08:51

I was 41 exactly.

Midwife tried to give me a sweep at 40, she couldn't reach haha! Booked in to try again at 41 but my waters broke in the night before the appointment and DD arrived by tea time.
I'm currently 7 weeks with #2 Smile

Congratulations!!

8DaysAWeek · 04/10/2018 09:06

40+3. I'm sure my sweep at 40+1 helped

JiltedJohnsJulie · 04/10/2018 09:16

38+1

LooksBetterWithAFilter · 04/10/2018 09:18

38 weeks the next two were 37 & 38 weeks.

Eminybob · 04/10/2018 09:20

37 + 4.
Complete shock as I assumed I would go over as everyone told me that you do with your first.

Eminybob · 04/10/2018 09:21

Oh and I’m 32+5 with no 2 now and hope that he follows in his brothers footsteps. I have been told I will be induced at 40 weeks due to GD so I’m hoping I won’t get that far.

Narya · 04/10/2018 09:23

39+1 - everyone told me first babies are late so I was pretty surprised. No early labour symptoms either, waters just broke out of nowhere Shock

YoungmumB · 04/10/2018 09:31

40+5 the night I decided to relax about him being late my waters broke at 2am!

Nothisispatrick · 04/10/2018 09:35

39 exactly

CountessVonBoobs · 04/10/2018 09:38

40+1.

BasicUsername · 04/10/2018 09:41

41 weeks. The last week felt like a month.

Threewheeler1 · 04/10/2018 09:43

37 and totally unexpected.
Antenatal classes were due the next day as previous one had been cancelled so I basically was a bit unprepared!

BertramKibbler · 04/10/2018 09:45

39+1 with number one, numbers two and three arrived together at 36+1 by ELCS due to pre-eclampsia.

GimbleInTheWabe · 04/10/2018 09:45

41+2... going 9bdays overdue felt like a lifetime! I refused all sweeps, induction etc (as baby was safe and well, would have done one if otherwise) and I'm so glad I let my labour start naturally. He was born very quickly (no time for any pain relief!) with no complications.

lmj25 · 04/10/2018 09:48

41 exactly had a sweep at 40 was the most painful thing ever and was booked in exactly a week later for another. Thankfully he made an appearance just before that appointment Smile 33 weeks now hoping I don't go over.

Verbena87 · 04/10/2018 09:54

Forty-fucking-two plus one! I had 4 sweeps in total and while uncomfy they weren’t too bad (but then none of them worked, so maybe midwife was too cautious!) - if I’d known how truly ok induction would be, I’d have gone for it sooner.

mumofmunchkin · 04/10/2018 09:54

40+6

Loulabelle25 · 04/10/2018 09:58

39+3 spontaneous labour. Had a feeling I’d be early the whole way through the pregnancy but was scared to really believe it in case I went 2 weeks over and was disappointed! I just had a feeling he’d arrive the week before his due date and he did!

usernotfound0000 · 04/10/2018 10:00

Waters went at 39+2 and born at 39+4. Totally wasn't expecting it, I had no signs of imminent labour and assumed I'd be going overdue.

OutPinked · 04/10/2018 10:06

All three of mine were born at 40+3, so very consistent Grin. I went into labour at 40+2 with DC1 and 3, DC2 was a quick six hour labour.

myotherbagisgucci · 04/10/2018 10:08

40+1
I was induced at 40 weeks.
