Scared to lose my job

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and work my butt off running around and trying really hard. I don't know if it's my Hormones or what but I feel like I'm not ever doing enough in works eyes. Always feel there's something to pick at.

Hope it's just hormones as losing my job during pregnancy would truly not be good!!!

Pregnancy is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act. You cannot be sacked for being pregnant. You also can’t be sacked if you need adjustments made to complete your job. If you are struggling ask for help, they have to help you!
Odds are you are doing enough but are being hard on yourself!!

@Tilliebean thank you. Literally come home crying a lot. OH has a great attitude of they're silly to make you feel like that. If they sack you let them, it's their loss.

Unfortunately I'm a worrier!!

If they sack you and cannot show really detailed records of attempts to support you then they are breaking the Equality Act. This is a massive deal and leave them open to a big lawsuit. Employers will not generally risk it!
Try not to worry about it!

Past a certain point even if they did sack you they will still have to pay you maternity leave so more fool them if they did x

@FirstTimeBumps interesting to know this. Thank you.

I think it falls on the same week you have to give notice by, 15 weeks prior to due date x
