Does anyone use a pregnancy journal to track symptoms, progress etc? Which ones are good?

I kept a journal with my first pregnancy and used the Busy B one purchased on amazon and I’ve just started another one with my second preganancy. I started it really for my now son, wanting him to know how wanted he was and how excited we are but used it to write down appointments symptoms etc and it’s been really useful to look back over for this second preganancy.

Thanks @Bees1 I'll look into that one sounds like it's the sort of thing I'm looking for.

I'm just using a moleskin notepad to record everything in. I don't like the structured diaries personally, and am using an app to record metric things.
